The xSELLerate Consulting SDR Bootcamp is an intensive practical training program designed to equip participants with the core skills required to succeed as a Sales Development Representative. The bootcamp focuses on real‑world sales workflows, prospecting techniques, communication skills, and the use of modern sales tools.

Participants will learn how to identify ideal customers, build high‑quality prospect lists, craft effective outreach messages, and manage leads through the sales pipeline. The program also includes training on objection handling, call confidence, and how to use CRM platforms and automation tools to improve productivity.

By the end of the bootcamp, attendees will have a strong understanding of what is expected in an SDR role and will be prepared to conduct professional outreach, qualify leads, and contribute to a high‑performance sales environment.
